I guess it is not going to be easy from now on. At first glance, this block does not appear difficult, but that is deceiving as all the blocks and shapes have to line up properly. If one is off by even 1/16″ the whole thing looks awful!
And once again, I fussy cut the fabric, playing with the designs in the tear drop shapes and the triangles.
The turquoise lines that you see on this block are “guidelines” that I basted for myself; they will be removed before I assemble the blocks. And as always, the block is in its raw, untrimmed state – that will also follow later.
With this block, I have now completed at least one block in each row column and perimeter areas. This is block # 64.
